When returning your FitMySole online order, please use a separate box to ship shoes / sneakers back with the original shoe box inside. Please do not use the original shoe box as the package for shipping. Any returns without the original shoe box or with a damaged shoe box will not be accepted.
Please include the returns slip (attached to your FitMySole receipt) in your return package. Make sure to note in the returns slip whether you would like a refund or an exchange, and provide any additional information regarding your return.
