What is FitMySole's Return / Exchange Policy?
If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return your purchase within 15 days of shipment for a full refund or an exchange. Please note that shoes must be in the original, unworn condition to be accepted for returns/exchanges (unless it is a manufacture defect).
How do I send my return / exchange for my FitMySole online order?
When returning your FitMySole online order, please use a separate box to ship shoes / sneakers back with the original shoe box inside. Please do not use the original shoe box as the package for shipping. Any returns without the original shoe box or with a damaged shoe box will not be accepted.

Please include the returns slip (attached to your FitMySole receipt) in your return package. Make sure to note in the returns slip whether you would like a refund or an exchange, and provide any additional information regarding your return.

When will I get my refund for my return?
We will issue a refund for your original form of payment once we have received the merchandise. Once we have received your package, please allow 5-7 business days for refunds to be processed back into your account.
When will I get my exchange?
We will issue an exchange once we have received the merchandise. Once we have received your package, please allow 3-8 business days for an exchange to be processed and shipped.

In the event we are out of stock of the size or item you wish to exchange for, our Customer Service Team will contact you and ask whether you wish to receive your original product or receive a refund.
